House Rules

HOUSE RULES & MORE INFORMATION

🏡 Check-in & Check-out

* Check-in: 2:00 PM
* Check-out: 11:00 AM
* Late check-out: ₹1,000 per hour, subject to availability.
* Please adhere to the stated timings and house rules. Non-compliance may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

👥 Guest Policy

* No stag/all-male group bookings. Sylvera Bliss is not suitable for all-male groups. Bookings that do not comply with this policy may be cancelled immediately.
* Only the number of guests mentioned at the time of booking are permitted.
* Base occupancy is 6 guests.
* Additional guests above 5 years: ₹1,500 per person per night.

💰 Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹10,000 is payable at check-in. It will be returned after check-out following a property inspection and adjustment, if applicable, for meals, damages or other outstanding dues.

🍽️ Meals & Payments

* 100% payment for the stay is required 14 days before check-in.
* Please share your meal preferences at least 48 hours before arrival so our chef can prepare accordingly.

🥿 Shoes Off, Bliss On

Sylvera Bliss is a no-shoe property indoors. Please carry slippers/slip-ons with you. If needed, a pair can be requested from our team.

📶 Wi-Fi & Entertainment

* Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
* There is no TV at Sylvera Bliss. Instead, enjoy our 6 × 4 ft projector screen, available indoors and outdoors.
* A Bluetooth music speaker is available in the living room.
* Our team will be happy to assist with arrangements for indoor games.

🏊 Plunge Pool

* Pool size: 7 × 7 ft
* Pool usage: Any 2-hour slot between 11:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
* The plunge pool will not be operational during a power outage.

⚡ Power & Energy Conservation

Sylvera Bliss operates on inverter backup during power outages. To help conserve backup power:

* Please use only essential lighting during outages.
* Switch off lights, fans, air conditioners and heaters when not in use.
* The plunge pool will remain non-functional during a power outage.

🔇 Quiet Hours

Please respect our neighbours and fellow guests.

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
* Loud music, parties or excessive noise are not permitted during quiet hours.

🐾 Pets

Sylvera Bliss is a pet-free property. Pets are not permitted.

👩‍🍳 Staff Accommodation

As per the property's occupancy arrangements, only female staff members may stay inside the villa. Male staff/drivers are not permitted to stay inside the villa.

🍳 Kitchen Access

Guests have access to the guest kitchen and the appliances provided there. Please refer to the listing photographs for details.

* The staff kitchen is strictly off-limits to guests.

🚫 Zero-Tolerance Policy

Narcotics, prostitution and all other illegal activities are strictly prohibited at Sylvera Bliss. Any suspected violation may result in immediate eviction and reporting to the local authorities.
